Get Virtual Care Through Convenient Video Visits

New and existing AdventHealth patients in Kansas and Missouri can see a provider from the comfort of their home or workplace. If you have acute, non-urgent symptoms or need help managing a chronic condition, this convenient service might be a good fit for you. Patients new to AdventHealth Medical Group and needing a medication refill must first be seen for an in-person visit.

Below, learn more about what our team can treat via video visit, how it works, and answers to other common questions about the virtual care experience. To request an appointment, call 913-676-8197. Virtual care services are available Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm (closed from 1 to 1:30 pm).

How To Join Your Virtual Care Appointment

1. After scheduling your visit, you will receive an appointment link via email or text.

2. Before your scheduled appointment time, access the link on a desktop computer or mobile device. (Note: the appointment link will not be active until 15 minutes before your appointment.)

3. Please have your photo ID ready. If possible, collect your blood pressure and temperature before the visit. Please, no driving during the visit

4. A medical assistant will call you from Call913-676-8197 before the appointment time to confirm your registration information and guide you through the rest of the preparation.

5. Once you have completed your registration and spoken to the medical assistant, your care provider will join the virtual appointment.
