AdventHealth Georgia Paramedic Training Program
Ready to take your emergency care skills to the next level? Our Paramedic Program offers comprehensive training that builds on your EMT foundation and prepares you for advanced pre-hospital care.
Over 1100 hours, you’ll dive into engaging classroom sessions covering topics like advanced cardiology and pharmacology, then put your knowledge into action through hands-on clinical rotations in hospitals and real-world field internships with ambulance teams. This program is designed to work with you as you continue to work in your current role.
When you complete the program, you’ll be eligible to take the National Registry of EMTs (NREMT) Paramedic Exam — a key step toward state licensure and a rewarding career in this vital, fast-paced field.

Start date: January 2026
Prerequisites: Minimum of EMT certification or licensure. At this time, participants must be current AdventHealth team members.
