Clinical Onboarding Instructions

All Onboarding Documents are found within the Links and Forms section of this page. Please direct questions regarding student clinical onboarding to the campus contacts listed above

Please note, Access Requests must be submitted for processing a minimum of 2 weeks prior to clinical rotations, allowing time for our internal departments to complete regulatory reviews. All forms must be maintained by the school and available to the hospital for regulatory audit, per the active academic affiliation agreement.

Meet your Team

Our departments support affiliated nursing student programs as well as limited allied health programs in more than 7 facilities across the East Florida Division in Florida. Whether you are a pre-licensure student part of a clinical group or an Advanced Practice student, we have several opportunities. For our affiliated student programs, we oversee student placements including both clinical and practicum rotations, manage the onboarding and badging process, assist with access oversight, and much more.
