In WNC, we're fortunate to have multiple community hospitals that provide emergency and inpatient care that families rely on every day. These hospitals are essential to the communities they serve. Still, because of their size and scope, they can't provide the advanced emergency, trauma, specialty and surgical services that many patients need.

Our regional healthcare system needs to grow to meet these needs. At AdventHealth, we're continuing to pursue additional inpatient beds at our Weaverville hospital to expand these services and bring more healthcare choices to WNC.

    Our emergency department and trauma services will provide fast access to expert care for unexpected injuries and medical emergencies, helping families get the support they need close to home.

  • Leading Surgical Expertise

    From minimally invasive procedures to complex surgeries, our hospital will offer advanced surgical care designed to support faster recovery, greater comfort and personalized healing.

  • Connected Heart Care

    Cardiology services and a dedicated cardiac catheterization lab at our hospital will help patients access advanced heart care, diagnostics and treatment without traveling far from home.

  • Supportive Mother and Baby Care

    Our hospital's labor and delivery services, along with a neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), will provide compassionate care for mothers, babies and families through every stage of their journey.

  • Comprehensive Cancer Care

    Cancer care at our Weaverville hospital will combine advanced treatment options with whole-person support to help patients and families feel cared for physically, emotionally and spiritually.

AdventHealth Weaverville is being thoughtfully designed as more than a place to receive medical care. Plans for our hospital campus include a chapel for prayer and reflection, community green spaces, dedicated walking trails and peaceful gardens. Conveniently located on the future AdventHealth Weaverville campus, this new health complex will offer primary and specialty care in a patient-centered space designed to support comfort and convenience.
