Growing to Meet the Future of Healthcare in WNC

We're planning for the future by pursuing additional Certificate of Need (CON) beds for AdventHealth Weaverville, growing our hospital today to better meet our region's needs tomorrow. Expanding the hospital’s capacity will allow us to provide a broader range of services, care for patients with more complex medical needs, better support high-acuity services like trauma and ER care and bring advanced care closer to home. Our vision is to create a healthcare destination that families across Western North Carolina can rely on for advanced, compassionate, whole-person care.

A New Health Complex for Connected Care

We believe in making preventive healthcare easier to access. Construction is already underway on the new AdventHealth Weaverville medical office building, bringing trusted outpatient services closer to home for families across Western North Carolina. Conveniently located on the AdventHealth Weaverville campus, this new health complex will offer primary and specialty care in a patient-centered space designed to support comfort and convenience.

The medical office building will offer outpatient services across a range of specialties, including:
