An MSSP ACO, or Medicare Shared Savings Program Accountable Care Organization, is a group of doctors, hospitals and other health care providers who work together to deliver high-quality, coordinated, cost-effective care to Medicare patients when they need it.

AdventHealth

The AdventHealth Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is a group of doctors and hospitals who voluntarily participate in a program designed to coordinate high-quality care. The purpose of the ACO is to reduce the cost of care by providing care coordination and increasing the quality of care.

The AdventHealth ACO cares for approximately 21,000 seniors as part of the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) Level B model.

Physicians who join the AdventHealth ACO will receive additional support documenting for Medicare’s newest payment model, MACRA, health management assistance for your Medicare patients, discounts and improved data connectivity with preferred EHRs and more.
